IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT: FEE CHANGES AS OF THE 1^ST NOVEMBER 2023

Commencing 1st November 2023 all consultations without booking will incur a $40 out of pocket fee (including telehealth consultations). All Medicare card holders with an appointment Monday-Sunday and public holiday will be bulk billed.

All long consultation with complicate medical issues involving multiple systems illness will not be bulk billed.

Patients under 16 and DHS Health Care, Seniors Health care and Pensioner Concession card holders with an appointment are bulk billed on weekdays and charged a concession rate on weekends and public holidays, Veterans Affairs (DVA) Gold card holders are bulk billed on all occasions.

Single Repeat Script can be Bulk Billed (subject to the Dr. on duty, please inform the name of medication to front desk, so they can check with the Dr. on duty) Extra fee for biopsy, surgical procedures, cryotherapy, wound dressing, ear syring, iron infusion, Joint/Tendon injection, cosmetic injections...etc All vaccination is Bulk Billed for valid Medicare card holders. There will be extra $10 surcharge after 12 on Saturday and Sunday, public holiday whole day, Medicare rebate will be increased $10 accordingly, so patient out of pocket fee remain the same. Our front desk will help you to apply for Medicare Rebate, they will be refunded into your bank account<48hrs.

NOTE
1) AN OUT OF POCKET FEE WILL APPLY FOR ALL PROCEDURES INCLUDING CRYOTHERAPY AND CHANG OF DRESSING.
2) Initial Part or full payment is required to be paid upfront before the consultation (From $80-$130).
3) For patient who has not presented to this clinic for more than one year will be treated as a new patient and will be charged accordingly (out of pocket $40 maximum).
4) Concession card holder is applicable to: DHS Commonwealth Seniors Health care card holders, DHS Commonwealth Pensioner Concession card holders, DHS health Care Card holders, Patients<16 years old.
5) All Medicare rebate fees can be 100% refunded by Medicare. (All consultations include both telephone and in surgery consultations), please check if you are eligible for the Medicare Safety Nets threshold ( Medicare Safety Net threshold covers 80% out of pocket fees).
6) There is a $10 appointment cancelation fee <8 hours’ notice.
7) Some Doctor will bulk bill some of his/her own patient at his/her own discretion.
